Everything sold here is a digital product delivered immediately. Once it has been delivered, it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, so purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. This page sets out exactly what that means and the narrow cases where we do refund.

1. The rule

All sales are final. Roles, boosts and Anteiku Coins are delivered to your Discord account within seconds of payment, and delivery cannot be undone in a way that restores the value.

By confirming a payment you ask for immediate delivery and accept that the purchase is complete once delivery succeeds.

2. Where a refund is not available

You changed your mind, or bought the wrong tier by mistake.

You stopped using the server, or left it.

You were muted, kicked or banned for breaking the rules, and lost access to what you bought.

A boost expired, or you were away while it ran.

A product changed, was rebalanced, or was withdrawn from sale after you bought it.

Someone else used your Telegram or Discord account.

3. Where we do refund

Non-delivery. Payment was taken and nothing arrived, and we cannot deliver it within 48 hours.

Duplicate charge. The same order was charged more than once.

Our error. You were charged the wrong amount, or received a product other than the one you bought.

Where the law in your country gives you a right to a refund that these terms cannot override.

4. How a refund is made

Refunds of Telegram Stars go back to the Telegram account that paid, in full. Telegram does not support partial refunds of Stars, so a refund always reverses the whole order.

When an order is refunded we also reverse what it delivered: coins are removed from your balance, the role is revoked, and the item leaves your inventory. If your balance has already been spent below the refunded amount, we may decline the refund or recover the difference.

Purchases made with Anteiku Coins are not refundable to Stars. Where we accept a claim on a coin purchase, the coins are returned to your balance.

5. How to ask

Write to @AnteikuStoreBot on Telegram within 14 days of the charge and include the order line from your activity list and what went wrong.

We answer within 3 business days. If we accept, the refund is issued through Telegram and typically appears on your Star balance within minutes.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with Telegram or your payment provider. Almost every case is a delivery problem we can fix in minutes.

A chargeback raised without contacting us first results in the loss of everything delivered on that account and a permanent ban from the store.
