This store collects the minimum it needs to know who you are, deliver what you bought and keep an accurate record of it. It does not build a profile of you, does not run advertising, and does not sell data to anyone.
1. What Telegram gives us
When you open the Mini App, Telegram passes a signed block of data containing your Telegram ID, first and last name, username, language and avatar URL, and whether you have Telegram Premium.
We verify that signature with our bot token, so nobody can pretend to be you, and we store those fields to render your profile and to attach purchases to the right account.
We never receive your phone number, your contacts, or your Telegram messages.
2. What Discord gives us
When you link Discord, we request two permissions and no others: identify, which returns your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar; and guilds.join, which lets us add you to Anteiku if you are not already a member.
We cannot read your Discord messages, your email address, your other servers or your connections. We cannot post as you.
Discord also issues an access token and a refresh token. Both are encrypted before they are written to our database and are never included in any response the app receives.
3. What we create ourselves
Orders: what you bought, the price, the payment method, the status and the Telegram charge identifier.
Ledger: every change to your Anteiku Coins balance, so the number on your screen can always be explained.
Inventory: which products you hold and when a time-limited one expires.
Technical logs: request paths, status codes and timestamps, kept short-term to diagnose failures.
4. What we never hold
Card numbers, bank details and wallet addresses. Telegram processes payments in Stars and passes us only a confirmation and a charge identifier.
Passwords. There is no password anywhere in this store; identity comes from Telegram and Discord.
5. Why we are allowed to hold it
Identity and delivery data is processed to perform the contract you enter when you buy something.
Order and ledger records are kept because we have a legal obligation to keep accurate transaction records and a legitimate interest in resolving disputes and preventing fraud.
6. Who else sees it
Telegram, as the payment processor and the platform the app runs on.
Discord, when we grant a role or add you to the server.
Our hosting and network providers, which serve the app and the API.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing, and there are no analytics or advertising trackers in this app.
7. How long we keep it
Profile data is kept while your account exists and is refreshed from Telegram each time you open the store.
Discord tokens are deleted immediately when you unlink.
Order and ledger records are kept for as long as accounting rules require, currently six years, then deleted.
Technical logs are kept for 30 days.
8. Your choices
Unlink Discord at any time from the profile screen. That deletes the Discord tokens and the link between the two accounts.
Ask @AnteikuStoreBot for a copy of everything we hold about you, for a correction, or for deletion. We will answer within 30 days.
Deletion removes your profile and your link. Financial records that we are required to keep are retained in a form that no longer identifies you where that is possible.
9. Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Discord tokens are encrypted at rest. Sessions are signed and expire, and can be revoked for a single account or for everyone at once.
Access to the production database is limited to the Anteiku team.
10. Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or why, the store will say so before the change takes effect.
